Demonoid ta fora do ar já faz mais de 24horas e aparentemente dessa vez não foi por problema de hardware.
Circula pela rede que o responsável peo shutdown do Demonoid foi a CRIA.
Até o momento não existe nada de concreto, os peers continuam funcionando, mas o site em si esta fora do ar. Agora é esperar pra ver oque acontece, provavelmente o Demonoid deve transferir os servidores pra algum outro safe heaven.

As of now it is still unsure what exactly happened, but the popular Dutch news site nu.nl reports that the CRIA is responsible for the downtime.
TorrentFreak contacted some of the Demonoid administrators, but they are not sure what happened either. It is certainly possible that Demonoid’s Canadian ISP pulled the plug after being pressured by the CRIA. The ISP said before that they would take it down if they would receive complaints.
Right now, the Demonoid server is still pinging, but the ISP could have firewalled the everything after they received some serious legal threats. Deimos, the founder and the head admin of the site is unreachable and has not responded yet.
This is not the first time Demonoid suffers major downtime due to pressure from the anti-piracy lobby. Demonoid had to move its servers from The Netherlands to Canada in June after The Dutch anti-piracy outfit BREIN filed a subpoena against Demonoid’s ISP. BREIN had asked the ISP to take Demonoid offline and hand over the administrator’s personal details, but Demonoid relocated their servers before any harm was done.
Unfortunately, it now seems that Canada is not the “safe haven” as they expected it to be. It is likely that Demonoid has to relocate again, for the second time in three months.
Demonoid tracks over a million .torrent files and is the second largest BitTorrent tracker after The Pirate Bay. The shutdown of the site and tracker is a huge blow for the BitTorrent community that lost 2 of the most popular BitTorrent trackers (TorrentBox was taken offline for US users a few hours ago) within 24 hours.

[edit] 02 outubro 2007, o demonoid voltou e aparentemente esta estavel, novos torrents ja comecaram a pipocar.
Chegou o meu iPhone, depois de muito pensar e pesquisar entre iPod Touch(16giga) e iPhone(8giga), optei pelo iPhone.
Desbloqueado e funcionando 100% (ele foi somente ativo, ja que o unlock não me adiantaria em nada porque o sistema aqui no Japão é 3G)
Acho que a escolha entre o Touch e o iPhone depende muito do uso de cada um, pra mim ter camera embutido e já vir com dock e carregador foram motivos suficientes pra optar pelo iPhone.
Já instalei varios apps e fiz algumas experiencias, na sequencia vou postando mais info sobre os softwares e impressões do iPhone.
Todo mundo e algum momento da vida ja ficou viciadissimo em ficar estourando plasti-bolha sem parar compulsivamente e volta e meia bate a abstinencia e sai procurando pelos cantos um pedacinho de plasti-bolha pra poder estourar e aliviar o sofrimento.
Agora os seus problemas acabaram! foi lançado o puti-puti, um plasti-bolha eterno, ele tem a forma de um chaveirinho pra poder levar pra qualquer lugar e manter seu vicio.
Ela tem a mesma textura das plasti-bolha e faz o mesmo som e em intervalos aleatorios ele faz uns sonzinhos diferentes.

Esse é o novo sabor da Fanta, ele tem “sabor misterio…” isso mesmo, ele não tem o sabor de uma fruta especifica (como acontece normalmente com a serie Fanta). Ele tem uma cor indefinido e um sabor mais indefinido ainda (que é bom, parece uma mistura de morango, pessego e manga).
Como de costume esse deve ser uma serie limitada tambem. Acho que a Fanta e o KitKat são os 2 produtos que mais variações de sabor lançam, é praticamente 1 sabor novo a cada 2 meses.
Lançaram alguns sabores novos de KitKat essa semana, vou ver se consigo experimentar eles essa semana.
Essa é a ultima moda no Japão, Kojima Yoshio e seu OPP (O Pi Piy) que significa Ocean Pacific Peace, que não significa absolutamente nada.

Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, whose year-old government has suffered a string of damaging scandals and a humiliating electoral defeat, has told ruling party leaders he wants to resign, news reports said Wednesday.
National broadcaster NHK said Abe made the announcement in a morning meeting with ruling party leaders, citing unidentified top officials of the Liberal Democratic Party. Other TV networks carried similar reports.
Abe spokesman Hiroshi Suzuki, deputy Cabinet secretary, said he was aware of the reports but he could not immediately confirm them.
The reports come after Abe’s scandal-scarred government lost control of the House of Councillors in July 29 elections.

A noticia ta pipocando em todos os cantos, aparentemente o metodo funciona, mas esta em uma fase bastante beta, mas já é um bom começo. Conforme o Gizmodo o metodo foi testado e FUNCIONA! Agora é so esperar alguns dias pra aparecer um installer pra simplificar o processo.
